BACKSTORY SETTING
After UC.0095, the workhorses of the Nebuchadnezzar program, the MTR-01S and MTR-02S, were no longer in service and were destroyed. The Military Commission submitted the MTR-03 design and development plan for review. However, due to the arraignment of most Anaheim developers after UC.0093, the annual budget of UC.0095 began to tighten, military costs were moved out of the cabinet, and funding for the Nebuchadnezzar development program began to decrease year by year. MMTR -03S entered service in UC.0098, manufactured at La Vie en Rose, two years after the Laplace incident.

In UC.0097, much of Psycoframe's technology was sequestrated by the federal government, and Anaheim's only primary development conditions produced Psycoframe external armor modules for the Nebuchadnezzar program, which were carried on PA-S01, PA-S02, PA-S03, and MTR-03S.

MTR-03S Athaliah Jehoshaphat Gundam design concept is a single-machine breakthrough, close compression.
